Practice Areas: Health Care and Long-term Care Litigation

Mr. Napoli is a Partner in the firm's litigation section who specializes in healthcare litigation with an emphasis on state and federal skilled nursing license citation administrative appeals and court proceedings. He has also handled contested matters concerning healthcare reimbursement, fraud and abuse, discrimination, elder abuse, breach of contract and a wide variety of other matters for the firm's nursing, assisted living, congregate housing and trade association clients. He is active in the California Association of Health Facilities and speaks on litigation issues there and at other trade association conferences.
