Mr. Longinotti is a Partner in the firm's Business Section specializing in corporate and real property matters. As a member of the firms's Emerging Companies Group, Mr. Longinotti serves as general counsel to emerging technology companies with an emphasis in corporate, securities, tax and intellectual property matters. As a member of the firm's Real Estate Practice Group, Mr. Longinotti offers broad based expertise in all aspects of real estate acquisition, development, management and disposition.

Mr. Longinotti is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
