Practice Areas: Business and Commercial Law

Mr. Campbell served as a judicial intern for the California Court of Appeal, and his initial practice involved several years of trial work in California's state and federal courts. Since 1986, his practice has gravitated from litigation to assisting clients in commercial, corporate and real estate transactional work. He regularly advises corporate and individual clients on the formation, acquisition, financing and management of business entities (including transnational enterprises), commercial law, and the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management and disposition of real property assets, including environmentally impaired property. Mr. Campbell also has extensive experience in environmental liability, compliance, due diligence and remediation issues, and he is the Partner in charge of the firm's practice in these areas.

Mr. Campbell is licensed to practice law in the State of California.
